While she was getting her hair cut today she talked about Jesus to the young woman who cut her hair. I was sitting in the waiting area, but I was close enough to hear the entire conversation. It went something like this...
"One time I got my hair cut and the lady cut it too short. I told her I wanted it short like my cousins. But when she was done it was too short! I want to tell my cousins about Jesus, because if you die and don't know about Jesus, you don't get to go to Heaven."
When she was done talking I had a tear in my eye, and was humbled by her boldness to talk about Jesus so openly to a perfect stranger. The hair stylist agreed with K and told her she was right. One day, I am certain, K will have the opportunity to share Jesus with someone for the first time, and perhaps they will want to know more about the Jesus whom K already knows and loves.

Wow. She looks older and she loves Jesus. I'm so proud of her and the work here Mama does to teach her about Jesus when I can't be around.
What do you mean "one day", I think she just did! ;) If only we were as little children. I'll always remember when Caleb stood outside the ladies room at the 4-J trailride and was asking people as they came out of the bathroom if they knew Jesus. One of the older ladies he had asked told me and was so proud of him. Ohh, the memories.
I agree with Heath, she does look older! Her heart for Jesus is growing though! :)
Hey, you asked where my picture was taken and it was at Turner Falls, Oklahoma. :) Just wanted to let you know!
